Resep Nasi Goreng Spesial
 
Bahan :
- 4 piring nasi putih
- 200 gram udang buang kepala dan kulit, goreng
- 100 gram dada ayam, potong dadu, goreng
- 2 buah cabai merah, buang isinya, iris menyerong
- 2 sendok makan kecap manis
- 2 sendok makan saos tomat
- mentega secukupnya
Bahan Bumbu Halus :
- 5 siung bawang merah
- 3 siung bawang  putih
- 1 sendok teh garam
- 1/2 sendok teh gula pasir
- 1/2 sendok teh terasi
Bahan Pelengkap :
- 4 butir telur ceplok
- Bawang goreng secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
  • Panaskan mentega, lalu masukkan bumbu-bumbu yang telah dihaluskan dan cabai merah, setelah itu masak hingga berbau harum.
  • Masukkan nasi, ayam dan udang, kemudian aduk-aduk hingga rata dan semua bahan tercampur menjadi satu dengan sempurna.
  • Angkat dan nasi goreng spesial siap disajikan selagi hangat dengan bahan pelengkapnya.

 For self-medication or self- medication , explains Prof. Rianto is a good thing and beneficial if done correctly because it saves time and costs .
 " Treatment of yourself ( PDS ) is the use of drug-free or limited free by lay people on their own initiative . This is fine , is not wrong , it is very reasonable , it is good and right if done properly . If proper implementation , hence useful , mengehemat time , and cost . 's no need funds to travel to the doctor , do not need to pay for consulting a doctor , do not have to wait long queue in the queue at the doctor or pharmacy to buy medicine , " he explained .
 Nevertheless, a professor of Pharmacology Faculty of Medicine University of Indonesia for the community to know what ill be handled themselves and which ones should not be handled alone .

Pentingnya Konsumsi Obat dengan Benar


OBAT ibarat pisau bermata dua. Dapat memberikan kesembuhan, namun dapat pula menyebabkan kesakitan. Karenanya saat mengonsumsi obat harus dilakukan secara benar, tepat, dan bijak.

"Obat dapat dilihat sebagai pedang bermata dua. Dapat memberikan kesembuhan, namun dapat pula menyebabkan kesakitan, bahkan kematian," tutur Prof Dr Rianto Setiabudy dari Departemen Farmakologi, Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia dalam journalist workshop di FX Senayan, Jakarta, Rabu (29/3/2012).

Penggunaan obat secara kurang benar masih banyak ditemukan di masyarakat Indonesia. Hal tersebut terjadi karena beberapa faktor, salah satunya ekonomi.

Dari faktor ekonomi, banyak kasus penggunaan obat yang tidak tepat akibat banyak obat yang dapat dibeli bebas tanpa resep dokter, serta pengobatan diri sendiri (PDS).

Untuk pengobatan diri sendiri atau self medication, Prof Rianto menjelaskan adalah suatu hal yang baik dan bermanfaat jika dilakukan secara benar karena menghemat waktu dan biaya.

"Pengobatan diri sendiri (PDS) adalah penggunaan obat bebas atau bebas terbatas oleh orang awam atas inisiatifnya sendiri. Hal ini sah-sah saja, tidak salah, sangat wajar, justru baik dan benar bila dilakukan dengan tepat. Jika tepat dilaksanakannya, maka bermanfaat, mengehemat waktu, dan biaya. Tidak perlu ongkos untuk ke dokter, tidak perlu bayar konsultasi dokter, tidak perlu menunggu lama antre di dokter atau antre di apotik untuk membeli obat," jelasnya.

Kendati demikian, guru besar Farmakologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia ini menghimbau masyarakat untuk tahu sakit apa saja yang boleh ditangani sendiri dan mana yang tidak boleh ditangani sendiri.

"Ada penyakit yang tidak perlu ke dokter bisa sembuh sendiri, tapi ada juga penyakit-penyakit yang harus dikonsultasikan kepada dokter karena sifatnya bahaya, seperti kanker, walaupun rasa awal sakitnya biasa-biasa saja," paparnya.

Selain pengetahuan akan penyakit apa saja yang bisa diobati sendiri tanpa resep dokter dan yang tidak, kekeliruan terhadap konsumsi obat juga terkait mitos-mitos yang beredar di masyarakat.

"Masalah penggunaan obat yang baik dan benar merupakan fenomena kompleks. Banyaknya mitos yang keliru memperburuk kondisi ini," tandasnya.

How to Open Blocked Because Hp Android Pattern Lock One Input


Android phone is blocked because of a mistake entering the security pattern 5 times it will automatically ask you to enter the activation by entering your Google Account and its password .
But unfortunately , after several email google and enter the password correctly once this does not help with either , even suggested several times to wait 30 seconds to try again should new . One minute later tried again to enter the account and password are correct , but has not been able to resolve the problem , then what to do ?

How:

Cara Membuka Hp Android Terblokir Karena Salah Input Pola Kunci

 

Hp Android yang terblokir karena kesalahan memasukkan pola pengamanan sebanyak 5 kali akan secara otomatis meminta anda memasukkan pengaktifan dengan memasukkan Akun  Google beserta passwordnya.
Namun sayang, setelah beberapa kali memasukkan email google dan passwordnya dengan benar sekali pun hal ini tidak menolong dengan baik, bahkan disarankan beberapa kali untuk menunggu 30 detik baru boleh mencoba lagi. Satu menit kemudian dicoba lagi dengan memasukkan akun dan password yang benar, namun belum juga mampu menyelesaikan masalah, lalu apa yang mesti dilakukan?
 pengalaman ini terjadi pada saya pengguna  samsung galaxy yang terblokir karena hp akan digunakan adik saya namun tak tahu cara membukanya. Saat itu aku sangat stress. Tapi aku langsung berinisiatif untuk mencari di google. Setelah mencari sana sini dan dan tanya kesana kemari akhirnya saya menemukan Cara membuka kunci hp yang terblokir karena kesalahan memasukkan kunci pola pengamanan.
Caranya :
1.      Anda harus me-reset ponsel Anda ke Factory Setting dan dengan berbuat demikian semua data ponsel akan dihapus dan telepon Anda akan dikembalikan ke settingan pabrik.
2.      Matikan telepon Anda dengan menekan tombol power dan mencoba untuk menekan kombinasi tombol berikut pada telepon Anda, tombol volume turun atau volume Up, tombol Home pada waktu yang bersamaan
3.      Ketika ponsel menyala Anda harus melepaskan tombol power dan terus memegang tombol lain
4.       Selanjutnya Anda akan melihat logo android muncul keluar dari layar Anda Kemudian Anda harus tekan tombol volume ke bawah / atas tombol scroll ke bawah / atas untuk menyorot menghapus data / Factory Reset Kemudian Anda harus menekan tombol power untuk konfirmasi Setelah proses ini,
5.      selanjutnya telepon Anda akan reboot atau di reboot.Selesai
